1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following specific circumstances:

(1) Damaged During Transit: The ceramic item arrived broken or damaged. You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging as proof.

(2) Incorrect or Wrong Color Item: You received an item that you did not order, or the color was incorrect.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service team for approval. Please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

You must submit clear photos or a video of the unboxing process showing the product damage or the incorrect item received. This evidence is required for us to process your request.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes the cost of mailing the item back to us.

4. Return Timeframe

You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return or exchange. Requests received after this 3-day period will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to verify the issue, we will process your refund.

You will receive your refund within 3 business days after the return inspection is approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
